Construction of the Olympic sports complex begins in 1973. In Tatarovskoy floodplain Whitewater Canal was built, and next in 1979 - an indoor bicycle track. At Krylatsky hills had been laid Olympic cycling( only in the world located in the city) a total length of 13,5 km, making Krylatskoye area with a unique sports infrastructure.
